  • this review the location on burnham ave. we went there for blood work last friday may 5, 2017 at around 9:00 am. when we arrived nobody in the reception desk. after a few minutes somebody came out from the room, i think the phlebotomist, the one who is taking blood draw. she just ignore us, no greeting, no smile, no hi, neither hello. its like she did'nt she us. after 5 minutes waiting 2 staffs came in from outside the entrance door. not welcoming behavior of staff. they need some training how to welcome and simple greeting and smile to customers. very unwelcoming!
