  • I went with my friend for an early morning hair appointment. I had previously had a little bit of a perm at the end of my hair and wanted to get it cut off. The lady who cut my hair cut it in such a way that random pieces of hair remained uncut. I asked her if she was going to go back and fix those pieces and she assurred me that she would after she dried it. I figured that's a reasonable explanation. But after she dried my hair, she didn't really do anything further! I left with a hefty bill and a nice hair cut (from far away). Up close, you could see the random tidbits everywhere. I didn't know until after I had left the salon and I flipped my hair over my shoulders. I wish they were more careful and paid attention to the details. No one wants to look like they let a lawnmower get to their hair, especially if they paid close to 60 bucks for the mess.
