  • I will let you be the judge and tell my experience. Allow me to say that I've never shopped here before but have been impressed with their clothing. I basically bid on a customized suit at a Charity event for this store for $1800.00 I had the certificate and went in to choose the color and style that I had liked. I was told that it will come within a month and that I would be contacted and notified. So the day came and I went see it and get fitted for alterations. The salesman told me that it was going to be $225 to get altered but he was going to "look into it" about getting the price lower. During the time that he was checking, I texted a good friend of mine if he was charged any alteration fee (because my friend won a bid on the same customized suit from a different charity). My friend said "no". The salesperson came back and as he was shaking his head (as if he was disappointed that he couldn't get a discount for me) and said "Unfortunately I couldn't get anything off and it'd be $225"! This was the time I said, "Well my buddy just picked his suit up and he was not charged anything to get his suit altered". He then proceeded to text his manager, supposedly, seemingly to blame his manager for his response. The salesperson then got back up and left me in the VIP lounge. I, then, continued to text my friend about what was going on and he was in disbelief as was I! After about 5 minutes, the sales person came back and said "Look, I'm able to take $70 off". I basically told him that I would like for you to pack up my suit and I'll get my alterations from my own tailor! As he was packing up my suit he then says, "Man, this is a bad look"! I nodded and agreed! This salesperson was basically trying to scam me in paying an additional $225 when a suit that was purchased at $1800, alterations should be included!!! Needless to say that I was pissed! Feel free to shop at this place but please beware! The messed up part is that I even went to a monthly event that this salesperson had a week prior to support him and yet he turns around trying to bend me over! He is correct in saying "Not a good look"! I say, "NOT AT ALL"!!!
