  • The manager should probably re-examine her work ethic before turning customers away on Christmas before their official closing time and citing the reason for doing so as "we wanna go home". She was rude in her delivery and unapologetic; if you didn't want to work on Christmas, then you probably should've called out. Enjoy the rest of your already miserable night. Merry Christmas.
