Hopkins airport is far from being as cool as Denver airport or international airports like Hong Kong and Singapore. But what CLE does well is get me where I need to go on time. So far I have not encountered any awful delay at Hopkins regardless of travel season/holidays (Others may have different experiences). The airport is pretty clean, parking fee is reasonable, and I could care less about no Starbucks.
Hopkin is smaller and less busier than Atlanta and LAX. Thus, it is easier to get in and out. It's less of a disorganized mess compared to Dulles, JFK/LGA, and O'Hare. More importantly, it's not an absolute clusterfuck like Philly and Miami (avoid Miami if possible). So what's not to like?
