rev:text	I went to buy a used car yesterday. I found that their service was pretty good. They had a homey guy named Bryan work with me, and was completely and totally patient in that remarkable way where they don't seem at all like they're being patient with you. The first car he showed me ended up being the car I ultimately chose after several hours of shopping around in the area. They showed me both the complete carfax history in addition to their own service documentation and let me take copies with me and (unlike Schoepp) were completely nag-free about letting me go. There were a few hitches. Originally, Bryan showed me that the car (which they were selling at roughly $11k) was valued on Kelly Blue Book for $10,700ish, and said he'd be fine going to the manager to get it at that rate for me. After I came back to talk final prices, I had gone up from $10,300 to $10,500 when I got an email from my dad saying that with the mileage taken into consideration, it was actually valued in the mid 9-thousands, with the "maximum" being $10,300. I brought this up to Bryan, we looked at the KBB page, he fixed the mileage, and sure enough it was as my dad said. At that point I refused to go up from $10,500 and they quickly caved. The other hitch is that at some point, they told me that they work with most banks to finance the loan. But when I actually went to talk to finance, they told me that they run all their loans through one local credit union. Not a deal-breaker, but I found this duplicity pretty annoying. Almost as annoying as turning down the warranty. (It should be noted that their cars do NOT come with any free warranty.) I was a math major. I briefly considered doing actuarial work. While inputting my "no", the finance guy said, "Usually people who are good with numbers see that it's a good deal." Thanks for being condescending. So far the car itself is fine. It's a lovely used Prius and I'm almost in disbelief that it's valued as low as it is solely due to the mileage. If any problems arise I'll edit this review.
