  • When I think of Fast Eddie's I think of the original location I used to go to as a kid. Down home diner on Pearl road in Parma. All I can tell you is that it's 2017 and most certainly things have changed...except for the onion rings. Fast Eddie's is now a modern restaurant in the former Houlihans Parmatown spot. While the visit didn't start off great, it turned around fast once we were seated and were able to order. I went with the Big Ed to take me back to my childhood and of course subbed in onion rings. The minute I sank my teeth into one of those rings I was transported back in time. I felt like a kid sitting in the original Fast Eddie's with my grandparents after a football game at Byers field. As for the burger...it was great...but way too big for my appetite these days. It was just like I remembered from my childhood. Our server was excellent but I will say...it was a bit pricey for burgers and onion rings. That being said...I will totally go back to get that taste of nostalgia I've been missing out on for the past 25 years.
