  • I am a future tenant and have already enjoyed the staff at the front office of their tremendous help. I have encountered an issue with something on my credit I was not aware of and unfortunately it affected my deposit. It is not IMT Deer valley fault it is the unprofessionalism of Mark Taylor who has completely charged me $1,300 for carpet and I was never notified of it. This is from 2011. IMT Deer valley front staff has been amazing and most of all Dominique has been so great. It have lived in apartment since 2011. I am a bit nervous but, I look forward to moving into my new apartment this week. Thank you to everyone for helping me.
