  • I'm used to this location, I've been coming here on and off for years. I last got my hair cut in January and it looked awesome. I go to get a trim this time, and so many things wrong. Kept laughing and commenting about "all the bleach destroyed my hair." I know. I didn't do it myself. I had someone who was licensed and trained do it. She didn't even check the ends that they were even. All she did was show the mirror to the back of my head and asked "good?" I'm the person that just says yes because I'm mad about how bad things were and I just want to get out of there. What's even worse is her station was DISGUSTING. I'd expect you to clean after every cut. She was sitting down on her phone when I walked in. There was hair EVERYWHERE. I get that this is a hair salon that does cuts. But I've NEVER seen a station so dirty. It was disgusting. Never going back. Update: I straightened my hair today, and since it air dried yesterday I couldn't tell. But since I straightened my hair today. I noticed it wasn't all even. A coworker even agreed. It's not even.
