  • This is what you look for in a great dining experience - 1) Good food 2) Heavy drinks 3) Good service 4) Great atmosphere. Some places you will get 2/3 out of 4 and that's acceptable. Well at GRS they knock it out of the park, with a perfect 4 out of 4! Here, we've been spoiled by having the most amazing steak on the planet. You know you've had a great steak, when you compare all your dining experiences to this place. All we've been talking about since our last trip was when are we going back to Gordon Ramsay Steak. Well it came this weekend. We stayed in Vegas for nearly a week. This was our Grand Finale. We made our reservation early Thursday and asked for Amanda. She was simply amazing on our last trip, and we hoped to emulate our last 5 Star experience. As soon as we came in Lawrence welcomed us in. One of the beautiful hostesses let us know it was Amanda's day off. Oh no! She did Say Adrian would take care of us today.      We were seated in the back near the kitchen. You'll see all the action back here.  We now have a better appreciation of all the hard work that goes into this restaurant. From the cooks/waiters and managers, they all work hard to ensure we have a great dining experience. Even the managers help clearing plates/glasses, assisting the waiters etc.., you just don't see that nowadays. Well back to our review - We like to stick with what works, so we ordered the rib eyes again - well done. Most places when you ask for well done, have hard tough steaks. Not here! The Rib eyes were so juicy and flavorful. This is what we've been waiting for since our last trip! Its' basically perfection. I had the Kings Mule and my wife tried the Pimms cup. Both drinks were great and refreshing. The bartenders know their stuff here. John and Adrian were awesome, they took care of us and made this another memorable experience. We wanted to get a photo with Lawrence and a couple of the staff we recognized from Gordan Ramsay's Prank video, but they were super busy that night. Maybe next time! Thank you so much GRS for another amazing and memorable dining experience! We will see you on our next trip! ( Wife pays next meal) :)
