  • This is my favorite restaurant in Madison, hands down. Squash curry is a big thing in Madison, but no place matches Lao Laan Xang. The other curries are also great-- red is better than yellow. The spicier you get the curry, the better it will be. The owner is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is charming. I live on the West side and will only venture to Willy Street for this place. Always great.
