  • I have lived here at the boulders since 2008 and I just have to tell you I am literally totally disappointed in how this place has done a 360. When I first moved here the property was beautiful the prices was right everything was very up Kept and well. And the last two companies that have on this place has just taken a beautiful property and turned it into trash especially Con AM They have raise the rent to a ridiculous price and it is not worth the money that is being paid. And now you have to pay for your own utilities which in the very beginning was fine but me and my husband have noticed since the utilities started we started at $40 a month and our up to $80 a month how in the hell is that even possible? Not to mention there's no way you can look and see how they are tracking charging people for utilities especially with the water there's no grid there's nothing for you to look at come to find out they're taking the usage of everybody living in your building and dividing it between everyone who lives there total bullshit! The office staff has become very cold not friendly at all the manager Daniela Rios I have no idea how this woman got her job you to sit and talk to this woman and it's very plain Jane look on her face no emotions basically she doesn't care what you're saying. I don't know how this woman got her job or where she came from but she needs to go back seriously. They charge you a month for pest-control however the past such as cockroaches spiders and weird looking critters are all over the damn place. But here's the kicker they let office staff move in to apartments at a lower rate they don't pay what the other residents pay how is that even fair??? They racially profile when you're not doing anything wrong and I am just totally all around unhappy living here this property now our lease is up early 2018 me and my husband are going to try to get the hell out of here not worth it do not rent here!!! They will Gouge you for every dime you have!!!!
