| - A lot of places have vista restaurants. What makes this special is the food, not the view. Local, fresh combinations treat every part of your hungry palate.
We started with the the Arizona mule, served in copper mugs of course. They were delicious and had all the right balance of flavors, so they sang in harmony rather than trying to out sing one another.
For app, we had the chicken donuts. Not what I was expecting, but this is where the flavor party started. Yummy, dough, lightly fried, topped with pulled dark meat chicken, with spicy peppers and jalapeƱo cream cheese. When combined, my tongue danced! So delicious. And the right portion size too.
Dinner was the best burger I have had in a while. The TOR is sirloin with tomato, bacon jam on a homemade roll. I added sliced avocado in mine and that took it to the top! I thought the home fries with bacon fat would be delightful, but they were disappointing. But I didn't need them. The burger dominated my chew.
The service was great. We had a lovely lady who took very good care of us.
Oh, and the view is not so bad either.
