  • These places are NOT worth the price. Amenities nice but staff and service is REALLY low quality. When I was getting ready to move in, I was told that my living room would be facing a certain direction, I then came in a second time to measure and confirm that my unit would be facing in said direction. The front desk girl confirmed it with me and so I went and purchase a $1200 sectional. It was a week before I move in when I find out that my living room was facing the complete opposite direction. So now I was stuck with this expensive sofa that didn't even fit into my units layout. The office staff lacked any kind of empathy and I had to waste a bunch of time and $ trying to re-sell the sofa. I ended up selling it at a slight loss! That was the first annoying encounter with them. Recently I set up auto payment for my rent (or so I had thought). Apparently it didn't go through when I did it. I remember setting it up with 100% certainty so I was shocked and surprised when I received a 5 day notice on my door. The office manager and staff were of no help when I was charged $50 and $75 in late fees when my rent was late. Norman is so condescending and his fake personality is so forced. I could tell he had no genuine interest in understanding my situation and was intent on dismissing me. A technical error on their end, ended up costing me money. They said I would need to prove that it was somehow the websites fault. Since I have no way of doing so, I'm out of money. So stupid and annoying! How hard is it to believe that their website is garbage and only works when it chooses to?? I can't even submit maintenance requests through the app because it always give me an error message. They've wasted my time and money on multiple occasions and that's unacceptable! My apartment wasn't even clean when I moved in. I ended up paying for my own maid service. My feet were turning black walking on the floors, dirty carpet, the toilet was broken for a month and the maintenance couldn't fix it after 4 attempts, it fixed itself one day when a child's toothbrush covered in poop just fell out. Disgusting!! There was a crumpled up Jimmy deans sandwich wrapper stuffed in the window sill, there's a ketchup stain on our ceiling. Cockroaches here and there... and the trash valet guys are lazy AF, they only pick up the trash 50% of the time. On top of that, there's like 4 different places where you receive mail,the luxer, your front door, the office storage closet and your mailbox so getting your packages is such a pain! Positives:I like the the apartment, the gym, central location and the swimming pool lol
