  • I would give a zero if I could,....rude! is my first thought, no maybe inconsiderate, hmm insensitive, yup that could be it,, anyways, I called this place today to schedule a simple blowout and braid, easy enough, only to be laughed at by the lady that answered the phone, her response to my hello do you have availability today for a blow out and braid question was, " huh, lol, uh no its prom season, we have a prom today" Oh well gee thanks, I guess my money is good enough when its not prom season though! Let me be clear, I'm ok with a no we don't have availability today, but It was the chuckle and the snide laugh that upset me, and the prom comment. How about you over staffing to accomodate all your regular clients! And by the way not everyone has prom or has relations to "prom season"....I won't ever go here or call for services in the future.....lololololllololololoololololololloolllll!!!!
