In September of 2013 I was in touch with internet sales for about month or before I finally came on the lot. I knew that I wanted a Subaru and was pretty certain that I wanted a 2014 Forester but wanted to check out the XV and the Outback. When I arrived at the dealership I was passed on to a salesman. His name was Tony or Anthony (or both). He was very pushy about getting me into a Forester even though I wanted to check out the other models. I was okay because I was pretty set on it, but I would have liked to at least drive another model. I told him what features I wanted, what color, and the transmission type. I was so annoyed that he was trying to get me into different trims and colors other than what I wanted. I ended up finding the car I wanted in the back lot and we settled on a price (more than I wanted)
Beware they tell you that they are tell ling you that they are selling you a car at invoice then they throw on a bunch of crap (lo-jack, 3M tape, oil changes, a "free" window tint) and you end paying the same price. A good friend of mine went here a couple months after I did (without me knowing) and ended up leaving because of how much these guys were trying to sell them stuff they didn't want. I told them to go to L.A. or St. George ( I wish I would have).
I was so turned off by this sales man that when my wife and I went shopping a sporty car for her last month we didn't even consider coming back here and looking at the BRZ's. We ended up going to BMW and leasing a 228i for less than what I'm paying for my Forester (which I'm buying). Now that was a great experience! Review soon to come.
