  • Appointment was for 8:30 today. It is 9:30 and I've been in this room for 45 minutes. Yesterday I waited over an hour in the waiting room to be told the doctor was running behind and I could see a different doctor but it would be "a bit more of a wait". I've never waited less than an hour and this is my fourth time here. Doctor Monroe is a good guy and seems to be a good doctor but not good enough that I'm ok waiting over an hour every time I come here. The search for a new PCP begins. UPDATE: I decided to give them another shot. Since posting my review I have had two consecutive appointments with very little wait (10 minutes & 5 minutes). Saw NP Jeremy and he was great both times. Hopefully this trend continues. UPDATE 2: In the last year this office has greatly improved. I'm not sure what they did but it is working.
