  • I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. He is a CROOK. Saw I loved my dog snoop very much and just took advantage of my wallet. Even did unnecessary tests on my dog which made him sicker. I have no problem paying for medication but once the dr rAy told me a quote for the neutering (650$ for my 27 pound dog) I was like wtf? That's way to much I went to another vet to refill my medication for snoop since he is still sick, and the vet told me the cheapest number ever I was being charged 10x more for the same medication ... Medication from dr ray was 120 From another vet 30$ ??????? ( by now my dog would be healed since the med is so cheap.!!) Then I asked him to transfer over my dogs file with his prescription and he refussses to. People like dr ray should not have their license.
