  • We went in there to get a new disposal for our kitchen sink. We walked around and needed help and could literally find no one, once we did, the lady who was available, was sitting on her phone and didn't look up. Finally I said excuse me and her response was "what?". Sorry for bothering you at your work place. I would never treat anyone in my place of work like that. Once we picked out our disposal we went to check out. The disposal we got was on sale and wasn't showing in the register. The person running the register said "sorry this is how it's ringing up", I asked if someone could price check and she just stared and me then proceeded to say no sorry. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! So I ran to the back of the store and came back with the price. HORRIBLE customer service. Next time I'll be going to Home Depot.
