  • We bought our minivan from Heninger seven years ago, and we get it always get it serviced there. The service staff are always courteous, and it is obvious they undergo some training in-house, as they routinely try their best to accommodate my needs (managing the schedules of three very busy children!). Bringing in your car for servicing can be a pain because it disrupts your schedule and routine, but the staff at Heninger tries to make it as smooth as possible: shuttle service (yes, be patient!), tickets and easy access to the C-train, loaner cars, and regular updates. I forgot I had an appointment one day, and they still managed to squeeze me in for later that day, which was much appreciated.
