  • I have had Custom out to my house for a number of repairs and every time their tech has been on time, courteous, and very skilled at the task. They have tuned up my AC units, replace Air handler capacitors, fix leaking sinks, installed a new water and many other repairs for both plumbing and cooling. I recently had them out to check out my water heater and make sure it passes inspection for the home inspection I'm selling. Jerry the department manager was at my house when he said and got the job done right the first time. I've even called after hours and the Owner of the company took my call. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else these days. A company who care about their clients and wants to build relationships. I am using them for our new home to install 3 toilets as well as three new vanities. The Owner Vince recommended a place for us to go and look before purchasing and is doing all of the installs for a very fair price. If your looking for a quality company and is locally owned I highly recommend you give Custom a call.
