  • I am sorry to say but this buffet is not at all as good as it used to be. We went last night with guests that were in town visiting us. We had a Groupon for 4-people and we all were very disappointed. My wife and I have always counted this as one of our favorites but not any more. This degraded quality/service has been noticeable for the last few years. The waiter/waitress staff have been trimmed to the bone and the service was not good at all. We had to wait and wait for someone to pick up our plates so we could get more food. We had to wait and wait for someone to refill our drinks. It was just not good!!! The food is also not near the quality that it used to be. There are items mentioned on their web that just do not exist anymore. The food didn't seem to be as warm/hot as it should be either. And it seems the desert area has even been trimmed and not as good of quality as it has been in the past. My wife is a Platinum players card holder and we get special seating but that did not matter, the service was bad!!! We will not be back!!!
