  • Customer service is good and the guys all have a positive attitude while getting the job done. But they don't handle everything with care. Only wrapped some things in plastic wrap and hardly used any moving blankets on furniture. I have had many long distance moves over the years and this was a local move and had a lot more scratches and dings than usual. They do have good prices and service just need to wrap things better.
