  • I am a traveling nurse that in-turn has to rent/lease several properties over that last few years. I will say that for being a corporate focused business, they still provide a personal level of service. I have never had a tour, to ap, then approval so quickly! I believe that in total it took 18 hours to receiving keys. Application was a breeze; available online which definitely is preferred. Have been in my property for six months now and have had no maintenance issues minus during a bad wind storm our fence blew down. For that I went online, requested a service call. The next day, a contractor from Invitation Homes came and resolved our call. Renting from IH has been an all around great personal yet professional experience.
