  • Ok first of all, didn't ever think I would be giving reviews to a furniture shop, and a bad one! We bought a sofa bed from here. The design of the sofa bed was one of few we can find anywhere else. So we decided to take it even though it was the last floor model with a few scratches. While we had good service on our first visit, our experience only went downhill the next 2 times we were back; on Jul 15 to pay for the sofa bed and on Aug 1 to pick it up. Why a bad review for this place? 1. I got a call from Structube after purchasing the sofa. The lady on the phone told me "it's been 3 weeks and asked that we pick it up a.s.a.p". It was a LIE! It has only been 1.5 weeks when I checked our receipt. 2. Ok so being nice customers (and having just moved into our new place), we went to pick up the sofa on the weekend right after the call (even when we were told they can store it for us for 3 weeks). The sofa was wrapped up as they said it would be BUT 2 things Structube can do better: - Remove the wheels before wrapping it up (We bought a different sofa from Urban Barn and they were kind (and smart enough) to do this - Do a better job wrapping it up! The cling wrap were coming off 5 mins after we drove off with the sofa on our roof! At least there was one guy at Structube who helped us load up the sofa on the roof of our car (while some furniture store don't do this in case of any liability). If it wasn't for him, I would have given this place 0 star, if I can. Will I recommend this place? No, at least not this location.
