  • First time pool owner in Henderson with no experience. Found PoolStar from my neighbor's referral as I was new to the city and wanted to be sure that in all my comings and goings the pool would not be neglected. Frankly seeing my neighbor's pool was a strong endorsement; so I called them. Kevin, the owner, came over about two hours after I called. He tested the water, inspected all the equipment, made several cost-saving recommendations; and personally cleaned the pool after adding a few chemicals to balance everything out. Now Ron comes every week like clockwork, does a fabulous job; and is always polite and unobtrusive. What is really helpful is if, I as a newbie pool owner have a question, he is only to glad to answer it the same day via email. This has proved very helpful as now even though I'm still new to the pool scene, at least I'm a knowledgable owner. I've been a customer now for nearly nine months and am more than satisfied, hence the five stars as they are outstanding!!
