  • The safelite installer damaged the plastic housing behind my rearview mirror, he also tore the coweling below my windshield, and left glue oozing out of the windshield and on the side of my car. Additionally he installed the passenger wiper blade arm too low / incorrectly and I had to unbolt and reinstall it myself. I called and the person on the phone was very nice and rescheduled someone to come out and fix everything. The second installer couldn't fix the mess the first guy made so he contacted his manager. They decided to reinstall the entire windshield and replace the broken parts in my car. I'm glad Safelite is going to make it right! Still a bit of a nightmare though.
