  • I will not go back. Have gone there a few times but the next to last time I was overcharged by $10. I told Vivi that rather than come back in and get the $10 I would just take a credit. When it was time (3 weeks later) I went in to get my gel nails done - it was the worst job ever and I have been having my nails done for 30 years. Vivi was busy so she was not able to do my nails this time. There was a young, pretty woman who did them. Just awful. I returned a week later to show Vivi and she was out of the salon for a week and for me to come back in a week. I went back this morning - the shop opens at 10:00AM. At 10:16 no one had appeared to open the business. There were two nail techs waiting with me outside in the 110 degree heat; they had no keys to get in. At 10:16 I told the male tech I could not wait any longer and left. Still no one to open the salon in sight. Just a horrible experience - VERY unprofessional. Stay away!!!!
