  • they cleaned my sofa last year and did a pretty good job. As part of new year resolution, I had proposed myself to have my carpet cleaned (it really need it after having visitor for the holidays). I got a call yesterday and they went through their specials. They did offer me $59 dollars for three areas. I have a beautiful doggy that has done some not to beautiful things in my carpets. Tony, their amazing technician explained the benefits to treat the pet stains. He did it in a way where it made sense to pay a little extra to have it clean out. He also explained that he could do it for the amount of money stated on the phone but they would not guaranteed the stains coming out. It did not feel any sales pitch or obligated to do it. He did a great job. My carpet looks like new, smells fresh and clean. I think in my case the technician made a huge difference. I will definitely use them again.
