  • Second visit for our Golden Retriever. First one was ok, although we would have liked some more cleanup under the ears. This time, we asked for the same cut, except more cleanup around the ears. What we got was decidedly worse than on the first visit. Not only were the ears not cleaned up as we requested, the overall cut was uneven, especially around the hind and tail area. Uneven on the legs and under the stomach. It's like a new employee with no idea how to groom a Golden got to do some practice this time. Guess I'll have to find a new groomer yet again.
