On December 20th of 2017, I had an appointment with Your Mechanic to change my front passenger side wheel bearings. The man (Peter) came to my house and after him working on the car for over 2.5 hours, I came out to see if he was close to being done...which he was not. He informed me that he had to put everything back together and that he could not do the job. Peter claimed that he could not get off a bolt. He stated that I would need to go to a local Mechanic and they would have to use a torch on the bolt/nut to get it off. I was not charged for whatever he was doing with my front right wheel housing area, but, it sure was a waste of my time-(since I was supposed to leave for a road trip that night, and couldn't leave until the following evening because of this inadequacy). I took my car the next morning to a 'real mechanic' and he did not need any torch and he said that everything came off in the normal fashion that it should have. He also showed me how Peter cracked the piece that directs air to my brakes. Why say that you can do a job when you do not even have the correct tools to do the job? I would vet your "mechanics" a little better YourMechanic!
