  • Took my 05 scion to get a full synthetic oil change.. Routinely I've taken it to pep boys 20 mins and bam!!! It's done. I made the mistake to take it to this big o tires... 3 hrs!!! For just an oil change! They called me after 3 hrs that there were additional repairs that were recommended... I disagreed and I asked if my car was ready. The guy on the phone responds 15 mins more... I arrive 30 mins later so at this point it's been almost 4 hrs... I paid the cashier for the oil change and I ask him if the car was ready.. He goes and checks and tells me they are barely putting oil in my car!!!! What the heck were they doing for almost 4 hrs to my car... Two days later and my cars overheating light turns on.. They didn't even check the fluids in my car... It needed coolant all my experiences with oil changes included topping off fluids... They could have told me and I would have done it... Worse experience ever!!! Don't go here
