  • As a native Texan, we were anxiously awaiting authentic Tex-Mex in Charlotte, and if anyone could do it right, it would be Frank Scibelli. Overall it was very good. Just a few things that could be tweaked - the salsa wasn't quite as good as the salsa at Cantina 1511, and the chip basket needs to be bigger (Texans love their chips and salsa), there should be some frozen margaritas on the menu, and please add some more draft beer choices. While I love Shiner and Dos Equis, Lonestar and Pearl are welcome favorites too. The service was excellent! We look forward to coming back soon.
