  • Please don't waste your time in this store. You will receive great customer service before they get your money. But once you've paid, if there is any problem with your order, forget any kind of customer service. Here's why: all phone calls are directed to a call center, and of the four times I called asking for a manager, I was never able to speak with one. No one returned my calls. The manager in the store is equally useless: she assured me over and over that she couldn't help with any problem related to warranty, manufacturing defects, delivery of the wrong item...basically, there's nothing she can do on a customer's behalf other than...wait for it...call the call center! Ridiculous.
