  • This place doesn't even deserve one star. I brought my BMW X6 extended nappa leather through out. They damaged my dashboard during the installation process of the tint in the front windshield. Dustin, accepted liability the same day and I was told to take my car to BMW for a quote to repair the damage. After two weeks of phone calls between Dustin and I. They refused to do the right thing. It's unfortunate that this business with some what great reviews refuse to do the right thing. I have called around Gilbert and Scottsdale area and have been advised that this cannot simply be repaired by "patch work or re wrap job" of my dash and cannot simply be done by any upholstery shop. It has to be completely replaced and done by a certified BMW shop. Unfortunately since they are refusing to do the right thing, I am having to take additional steps to get this fixed the right way.
