  • I've been to three different chase locations. All of them have lousy customer service. The staff are always rude, condescending, and slow. They stand around talking to each other more than helping customers in line. When customer asks for help, they tend to argue and act like it's such a burden for them to do their freaking jobs! If I could I would give all three of the chase branches no stars at all!
