  • This is the second time I have been to Dr. Siems. I first had Lasik 15 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. My husband went to Dr. Siem's the same day and we had Lasik one right after the other - both of us with excellent results. I know many people who start to lose their perfect vision right around the same time frame I did (13 year mark) so I knew I'd only trust Dr. Siems to see if I was a candidate again. We did the mono-vision which he recommended - I was nervous I wouldn't like it but I'm not the doctor so I went with his advice and he was spot on. I had very little down time after the procedure - I just went home to sleep for the rest of the day and night and was able to drive myself the next day. I was seeing 20/20 both far and near during my 2 week check up. Yay! I have recommended Dr. Siems to everyone for the past 15 years and will continue to do so.
