  • ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Woman at the desk does absolutely nothing besides check people in. There is 3 customers in the entire store and I've been waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Legitimately ridiculous. You would think such a successful company would care more about customer satisfaction.
