  • I was on cars.com and saw a car at this dealership. I inquired as to their best price and was basically told that they give their best price up front. A few days later they dropped the price on the car that I had inquired about (first red flag). I inquired again about the same used car. I received a response from someone that said something along the lines of...When can we get together to discuss what you are looking for in a new car? (second red flag). I inquired again using the link on cars.com re: the car I was asking about. No responses at all (third red flag). Each one of my inquiries stated that I was a cash buyer. This car is still on their website. Terrible customer service!
