| - Decided to stay at this resort for five nights in mid-December 2017 and experienced poor customer service and stayed in an unclean suite. Prior to booking online at Hotels.com, I thought this resort would be the perfect place to escape for some quality R&R, especially since I travelled all the way from East Asia. I've stayed on the Strip before at The Palazzo hotel, which is fabulous, but not as inclusive compared to this resort. However, from reflecting on my total experience, I should've stayed on the Strip. First and foremost, checking in was a nightmare and the agent on duty was rude, which I believed influenced the type of suite I received. If you're reading this review, keep in mind I'm already jet lag since I was traveling for 17+ hours by plane. The next morning I had to make unnecessary phone calls to have basic amenities provided and clean. Very upsetting. In total, for pre-paying $670 for five nights was a complete waste of time. It was probably worth just booking a trip to Bora Bora, than coming to Vegas and witnessing unprofessionalism and awful customer service. Just to note, I did contact Owner Services to address my concerns during my stay and yet have received an e-mail back at the time of drafting this review. Will never stay here again, and I hope you consider booking on the Strip or at another hotel elsewhere.
