I was trying to get informaiton about a car that I found in their inventory online. I received a call from Karie Brock. Very nice at first. She was supposed to email me some figures for a lease that she was trying to sell to me eventhough I was looking to purchase. She sent an email without the info yesterday evening. Today I received another email from someone else asking if she got the info to me and I responded that she had not sent it. I immediately received a phone call from her wanting to provide the info. When she gave me lease prices that were totally off the wall I let her know I would not consider a lease to which she responded "you must be confused." I said I am not confused about not paying those amounts on a lease. She asked if I wanted to purchase and I responded only if the pricing is right for me to do so. She then stated again "you must be confused." and the she hung up. I called and spoke with Josh, Sales Manager to let him know what had happened. He offered to let me speak with another sales person but I told him I would not be doing business there under any circumstance due to her rudeness. Their slogan is, as she told time and again and in her email "It's the dealer that makes the difference!" This is tru. It is just not in this dealership.
