  • This location has full service, friendly and helpful staff and good equipment. However, as part of renting - they have an agreement that demands you provide the name and contact information for another individual not in your contract - in order to rent from them. In all the years of car rentals around the world and Uhaul rentals - i've never encountered this sort of over-reach. I'm over 25, with good credit, money in the bank, a valid US drivers license and good insurance and no criminal record. A contract between two parties - the business and individual is sufficient to engage the rental. There are laws and lawyers to pursue "bad actors" - and that's why they exist. If you don't perform - they can come after you. However, beyond the contract between the two parties I'm not going to put up with demands to have to provide other outside parties be party to my contract to do anything - let alone rent a piece of equipment I can buy for $130. This needs to Stop! All this - to rent an appliance dolly - for 24 hours!!!... NO truck My advice - go somewhere else to rent - Home Depot, Menards, A-Z rental do a great job - i'll be looking elsewhere in the future for my rental needs - until this egregious behavior stops! PS - this is an option or not even presented at other UHaul rental centers in this area and around the country.
