I first came here many years ago with my mom when she was in culinary school, and was dazzled by the wide array of industrial kitchen tools available at really low prices, the sort of stuff a home chef would use: thermometers, serving utensils, knives and sharpeners, cutting boards, pots and pans... We came here again last week and 80% of it was gone! There were still huge things like Cambros and chafing dishes, but the selection of smaller stuff was pretty much two kinds of ladles and a pie server or two. Bummer!
The rest of it is what you'd expect for Costco, though more office and business supplies and less of the other services like prescription counter, electronics, and optometry.
