  • Its July 4th weekend, temps are in the 100's, the AC goes out and we have people coming over for a BBQ....you gotta be kidding me! Luckily for us, Air Supply Inc was johnny-on-the-spot. I called other companies who were not able to get me on their schedule for another 5 days...in this heat, I thought no way, we're going to a hotel. When I called Air Supply, they informed me that they could have somebody out the same day, in 4 hours actually. I said perfect! Then i got a call 30 minutes later, saying a tech was already on their way. That was unbelievable. When the tech, Lance arrived, I couldn't have asked for anyone more courteous and sympathetic to my problem. He quickly evaluated my AC and was honest to tell me that the problem was not with my unit but with the electrical. I truly appreciated Lance not wasting my time and I called an electrician right away. I would refer this company to anyone and will be looking to them for any future AC problems I have. Thanks Air Supply Inc!
