  • There is no need to get talked into a contract by these college salesmen who are put through daily rigorous training to talk you out of your hard earned money. If you have the need for pest control keep it on a month to month. They will talk you into a longer contract because that is how they get their bonus, once you are in contract they have less incentive to perform the way they would on a month to month. If they tell you they no longer do month to month go with a reputable company who will. This group ripped off my grandmother and after several communications with them I just conceded and paid the cancellation fee. This company is a joke run by silver tongues.
