  • Stopped in to get a brake inspection. I wasn't in a rush to get them done because my mother was visiting from Illinois so we had plans for the evening. He insisted that they could get them done in no more than an hour so I agreed he could go through with replacing my brake pads and rotors. Called an hour and a half later after hearing nothing from him. Richie was kind enough to let us know that the parts were on the way, apologizing for the inconvenience. In the end they were generous in a tough situation because we got a better product for a great price.
