Went there on a Monday to have car checked out. Was told by Nate that couldn't get it in today but to make an appointment for Wednesday for which we did, because Tuesday they only had one technician. I then asked about our check engine light on car and he said its because we don't have a gas cap. I told him that this model/year doesn't come with one. "Sir I don't know what to tell ya, but ALL cars have gas caps", he said condescendingly. Then Dalton agreed " Yeah unless it's are rare European car". Well Nate and Dalton....Wrong there is no gas cap Google it! We dropped our car off at 8am Wednesday. I called around 2pm and they hadn't looked at it yet. Called again only to find out that they don't have the parts and would have to do it Thursday. Thursday comes and still nothing. Sorry we only have one technician on today. We will have two on Friday and we'll have the parts. Sir for sure we should have it done Friday. HaHa, jokes on us. They hadn't even moved the car. Do you think they called Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday to give us update and tell us that they were backed up? You guessed it, nope. Customer Service at it's best. Justin the "Manager" told my wife that we had appointments that came in and had to get those first. Huh? We had an appointment on Wednesday. Don't go to this location! I will never go here again. They have kids right out of school that don't have the knowledge and a manager with poor customer service skills. Maybe an oil change or tires but any real work, I don't know?
