  • I live in Las Vegas, but when friends come to town we typically stay at a hotel. Bally's has been one of my go-to hotels. The rooms are very clean and you get a lot for the low price. I've been on floor 20 & floor 25, the rooms were different from each other (one had a sofa, the other had a chair thing) but both had a lot more room than I had expected. My shower/bath were combined, there was no mold. Everything was very clean. The layout of the hotel is nice and pretty easy to navigate. Parking is included with your resort fee, as is wifi. (It does explain this one the paper you get with your room keys, but the way it's set up online it makes it look like it's going to charge you an additional 14.99 for wifi. If you've paid the resort fee, you've paid for 2 devices on the wifi and will not be charged extra.) I was able to pay cash for my resort fees, which was nice as I had recently lost my debit card and wasn't sure how that was going to work. Customer service was always great. Friendly, polite, straight to the point. At a lot of hotels I've found that their customer service has been extremely lacking or it always seems like you're a hassle to be checked in/out. This wasn't the case at Bally's at any time I've stayed there. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
