  • I dropped off a pair of heels for repair and a pair of UGG boots to be cleaned. I was told they would call me and let me know when it was finished as the repair might take some time. After two weeks I called them to follow up, as I had not heard anything, and was told that both pairs of shoes were done. When I went to pick them up, I was told the UGG boots actually were not done and I would have to come back. When I did come back to pick up a week later, they were not the right color at all. All of the color completely taken out during the cleaning process. If this is something that normally happens, they should warn customers, as I never would have done it. But I suspect this is not normal. I told the person who was working there and I was unhappy with the boots were no longer the right color, and he said the color came out that's all. Then the card machine was down so l had to pay cash for my ruined boots. Beyond this, all employees that I interacted with were terrible with communication and were rude.
