  • Two brown outs, lasting hours, in one week June 2016 for those living near El Mirage and Bell Road. Yes, this is the poor area of Surprise proper consisting of the Lodge at Sun Ridge and retirement trailer parks. Over the past week we have been without power during evening meals (Record breaking heat too) -so what you have to throw dinner away a few times a week- APS is not going to compensate you and you will be told by the workers to, "SHUT UP" according to neighbor, if you ask how long it will be. Terrible service at an outrageous price, but you have no say because this is a monopoly.
